Doug Dalziel, CEO

Since 1988, Doug has worked with hundreds of California-based companies to ensure that their employee benefit plans maximize employee satisfaction while controlling costs.
His expertise is in assisting businesses by evaluating, designing, implementing and communicating cost-effective employee benefit programs. Doug was hired by the city of San Francisco to provide insurance advice in the creation and defense of Healthy San Francisco.

He has served as an executive officer for the Greater Bay Area Health Underwriters and also serves on numerous insurance advisory panels. As an Investment Advisory Representative with Global Retirement Partners, LLC, Doug works closely with Pension Trustees and Fiduciaries in an effort to assure that their plan is compliant with all Department of Labor regulations and that the participants receive education to help them pursue their retirement goals. 

Doug’s credentials include degrees in Economics & Political Science from U.C. Davis and the following financial service and insurance industry designations: Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Register Health Underwriter (RHU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU).

Mary Stoddard
Mary Stoddard, President/Co-owner

Mary has spent much of her career in employee benefit consultation and account management.  In addition to working with insurance carriers such as Blue Shield of California, Mary stepped into a consultative role in 2002 working as a broker with clients to design employee benefit packages, which included navigating through the tough terrain of Federal and State healthcare laws. 

Mary, along with her team, have worked tirelessly to make Lincoln Insurance Services a company driven in its dedication to developing and servicing comprehensive benefit packages that are competitively priced.  In addition, Mary helps her clients design 401(k) plans with a continued focus on coaching her clients in the areas of retirement plan administration and compliance.  Mary’s intense focus on processes and client services have been instrumental in the success of Lincoln Insurance Services, and she brings to the table an unrelenting drive to do the right thing for her clients. 

Outside of work Mary obtained her Masters of Consciousness and Transformative Studies at JFK University in Pleasant Hill, California.  To Mary, her Master’s program taught her to live a more conscious life and she carries this with her throughout her work and play.   Mary has volunteered for a domestic violence agency, packaged and distributed meals for the homeless and sat on the Board of Directors for a non-profit agency. Her Board position included service as the Board President.

Leslie Holm, Vice President

Leslie embarked on her career in Employee Benefits in 2003. As a LIS team leader she has worked with employers in many industries implementing and maintaining employee benefit plans. Her primary role is business development with a specific focus on client satisfaction. She strives to provide quality products at the best possible value for clients. Leslie's work experience includes supervising customer service, managing small and large group accounts from implementation to renewals, and new business sales. Leslie is a graduate of Saint Mary’s college with a degree in Communications and Business. She also has completed her Registered Health Underwriter designation with the American College.

Grant Horn, Account Executive

Grant started at Lincoln Insurance Services with a focus on Individual and Family plans, becoming an expert on Health Care Reform and how it affects individuals and small businesses. At the start, Grant’s focus has been to support individual clients with policies purchased directly through the carrier or on the California exchange, Covered California. After becoming a specialist in the individual market Grant has successfully transferred what he’s learned to the group marketplace.  Currently, Grant works with small businesses to navigate through healthcare reform, coaching employers on cost effective ways to offer benefits to their employees. Grant is bilingual and therefore is able to conduct employee presentations is Spanish and also works directly with Spanish speaking employees to resolve service issues.  Grant attended University of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Business and Accounting degree and a minor in Spanish.

Deanna Cipriani, Account Manager
Deanna joined Lincoln Insurance Services in 2005. As an Account Manager, she provides administrative support for employee benefit renewals and handles service issues such as gaining access to providers, eligibility and claim issues. Deanna also helps to ensure the smooth processing of pension plan enrollment and gives ongoing support to her clients. Deanna graduated from California State University Sacramento with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Maureen Thomas, Account Manager

Maureen Thomas, Account Manager
Maureen joined LIS in 2008 as an Account Manager and provides client support for service issues, employee benefit renewals, and implementation of plan changes. Maureen has extensive experience in client services and account management. Her organizational skills and attention to detail allow her offer the highest level of service to clients and their employees. Maureen graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Communications.

Annaliza “Lil” Ignacio, Account Coordinator
Lil began her work in the insurance industry in 1982 working for a Third Party Administrator (TPA). In this field, Lil worked extensively with claims management, claims auditing and maintaining eligibility. She continued as a TPA specialist, working her way into a supervisory role and trainer for claims and stop loss administration for fully insured and self funded plans. Her work with the TPA marketplace culminated in a position with Presidio Excess Insurance Services, a division of AON, auditing hospital and physician group excess loss contracts and conducting hospital billing audits. In 2006, Lil began her work as a broker managing a book of business. Integrating her knowledge of claims administration, Lil works with employers to market, evaluate and install benefit plans. She is an advocate for her clients, working hard to resolve service issues and maintain a high level of customer service.

Edna Burgos, Account Coordinator
Edna joined the Lincoln Insurance Services team in 2011. Edna came from the banking industry where she investigated problematic accounts and focused on complex customer service issues. Speaking fluent Spanish, Edna was able to communicate with a diverse customer base and help facilitate an understanding of banking policy and procedures. As an Account Coordinator with Lincoln Insurance Services, Edna works with clients to resolve service issues as well as gather insurance company rates and benefits to provide the most competitive benefit packages to her clients. Edna also conducts employee meetings in Spanish assuring that all employees of a company have a solid understanding of their plans and benefits.
